The holistic approach treats not just the body but the whole person including their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It is not just the symptoms that are treated but the causes as well. With treatments to help reduce stress, gain vitality and induce relaxation in a natural way, a strong foundation is provided to enable us to find the root causes of your stress and to find solutions that work. All in all this helps improve general health and wellbeing and is a defence against illness. This then can provide a fantastic spring board for developing the life you want. Simple techniques are very helpful. When people are stressed they don't want to start dealing with something complicated. That's why my concept is simple and all it requires is an openness and willingness to commit to improving your life and ultimately the lives of those around you. Some of the techniques we use might include breathing exercises, deep muscle relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, visualisation / meditation. |
