Stress can penetrate all areas of our lives and requires a holistic approach to find solutions that work. A balanced healthy lifestyle should be the goal and should take into consideration work / life balance, diet, exercise, rest, sleep, relationships and family life, alone time, time to spend with friends, leisure and hobby time. |
