Terms, Conditions and Relevant Information

I offer a free confidential consultation to each new client. This is a 'getting to know each other session' where we can discuss and decide the best way forward.

Clients can be assured of a 100% commitment from me to their programme and I expect the same from all my clients.

Client confidentiality is paramount, I will not reveal the identity of any client and I will take all precautions to protect their privacy.

The only circumstances where I would be obliged to break confidentiality would be if my client indicated that there is risk of harm to themselves or others. I would then be required by law to seek advice and guidance from other professionals. I would of course discuss this with my client beforehand should this be the case.

On occasions it may be necessary for me to refer a client to their doctor prior to the start of the stress management sessions.

My fee is £40.00 per 1 hour session.

The number of sessions required by each client is unique to them. This will be discussed, reviewed and agreed with each client on a regular basis.

The client has the freedom to end the sessions at any time.

24 hours notification is required for non-attendance.

An appointment missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge.
